Program
with Concordia Theological Seminary Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Concordia Seminary St. Louis, Missouri The online DELTO Program requires the use of an internet browser. Your computer may come with Internet Explorer® from Microsoft. While this browser will work with the online classroom in some cases, a more reliable internet browser is Firefox® from Mozilla.
